Wireless Switch and Control Module

Estimated reading: 3 minutes 0 views

There two types of receiver (control module) allocated in the 12V fuse box, 1channel and 4 channel.

There two types of switch you may find in the van Single button or Double Button (They are both use CR2032 battery, slide out from bottom of the switch)

The Switch is not working. What should I do?

The switch may not work due to a flat battery. The lightning symbol should light up while you’re pressing the switch. If it doesn’t, please change the battery.

If the switch still doesn’t work with a new battery, please contact support. A new switch may be required.

How to pair the new switch to the controller:

First, determine which controller you are trying to pair to. You have a few controllers in the 12V fuse box located at the front base in most models. Each controller has LEDs on it, and they will light up while you are pressing the switch. By pressing each switch in your van and watching the controller LED status, you will be able to find which switch is paired with which controller.

If you are replacing a faulty switch and the controller LED doesn’t light up, that is the one you need to pair to. A faulty switch will not trigger the LED on the controller. (As mentioned, there are 4-channel controllers and single-channel controllers. The 4-channel controllers have 4 LEDs, one for each channel.)

Once the controller is identified:

  1. Press the reset button (located on the side of the 1-channel controller and on the front of the 4-channel controller) 9 times to clear the old pairing. Let the LEDs finish flashing.
  2. Press the reset button 2 times. Let the LED on the controller work until the LEDs stop.
  3. Press the switch one time only, let the LEDs flash, and then press the switch once again. Now you can use the switch to control the controller on and off.

If you have a 2-button switch and want to pair it so that the left button is for ON and the right button is for OFF (this only works on 1-channel type controllers), it doesn’t matter how many times you press the left half, it will always be ON, and the right half will always be OFF. This is very useful for controlling a water pump, where it may be hard to tell whether it is on or off. You can always press the right half to make sure it is off or the left half to make sure it is on.

  1. Press the reset button located on the side of the 1-channel controller 9 times to clear the old pairing. Let the LEDs finish flashing.
  2. Press the reset button 3 times. Let the LED on the controller work until the LEDs stop flashing but it remains illuminated.
  3. Press the left half of the switch one time only, let the LEDs flash, and then press the right half of the switch once. Now it is paired.
