Built Tough — But Still Repairable
Harvok’s monocoque aluminium body is engineered for durability. With a fully integrated unibody shell and insulation-filled panels, it stands up well to tough conditions and is highly resistant to common impact damage — including hail and road debris.
That said, like any vehicle, it can be repaired if needed — and the process is well-established.
Not a New Concept – It’s Like Car Panel Repairs
Our aluminium body construction is based on methods that have been used in the automotive industry for decades. If damage occurs, it’s no different from fixing a dent or scrape on your car:
- Panel beaters across Australia are fully equipped to handle aluminium body repairs.
- Mobile dent and touch-up repairers can often carry out small cosmetic repairs on-site.
- Paint resprays are straightforward with our use of standard RAL color codes.
Types of Repairs
1. Surface Scratches and Stone Chips
- Can be professionally cleaned, prepped, and resprayed with RAL-standard hammertone paint.
- This is common practice in vehicle refinishing.
2. Dents or Impact Damage
- Easily handled by panel shops experienced with aluminium vehicles (such as utes, vans, or buses).
- In many cases, paintless dent repair (PDR) may be an option.
