Why It’s Stronger Than It Looks
- Solid core strength: The aluminium walls are insulation-packed, not hollow. This gives each panel added rigidity and strength, reducing the chance of dents or distortion from external impact like hail.
- No customer damage reports: Since launch, we’ve had no reports of hail damage affecting the structural integrity or surface of a Harvok caravan.
- Better than typical RV cladding: Unlike conventional sandwich panels or thin sheet cladding used in many caravans, our aluminium unibody panels offer far more resistance to impact and deformation.

For additional protection in extreme storm regions, customers may choose to park under shelter as a precaution, but in regular conditions, our aluminium body has proven to be more resilient than most traditional alternatives.
