Cruisemaster XT Suspension – Off-Road Models

Harvok off-road models are equipped with the Cruisemaster XT suspension system — widely regarded as one of the most trusted off-road suspension systems in Australia. Harvok caravans exclusively use the modular version, which means the suspension arrives as a fully assembled, factory-tested unit for added strength, reduced installation error, and enhanced durability.

Key Features

  • Modular suspension system: Unlike traditional kits with loose parts, our modular XT suspension arrives as a complete pre-assembled unit.
  • Designed for harsh terrain: With heavy-duty trailing arms, coil springs, and optional airbags, it’s built to handle serious off-road conditions.
  • compatibility: Harvok off-road caravans are compatible with all XT and ATX variants, including the full airbag suspension setup.
  • Enhanced safety: Independent suspension ensures better weight distribution, reducing sway and improving towing safety.

Adjusting Ride Height (Airbag Version)

If your Harvok caravan has the Cruisemaster airbag version, ride height can be easily adjusted using the air control system. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Cruisemaster Class – Ep 3 on YouTube or the official guide.

⚠️ Important Warnings:

  • Never inflate air springs beyond 100 PSI.
  • Do not weld, cut, or repair airbags.
  • Do not use aerosol tyre sealants — if damaged, airbags must be replaced.
